Programs are designed to channel youthful energy and curiosity into constructive activities that address today's most pressing youth issues. Grenville Baker Boys & Girls Club's mission is to inspire and enable all young people to realize their potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens and community leaders of tomorrow. Position Overview Grenville Baker Boys & Girls Club is seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Graphic Design & Marketing Associate. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience or a two-year degree in graphic design or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is required, along with a strong understanding of branding and preparing files for print. Experience with social media content creation is essential. This role involves developing engaging visuals for both print and digital platforms. This is a part time, in-person position scheduled at 18 - 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.

Occasional evening and weekend work will be required to support Club events and activities. What You'll Bring to GBBGC Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with internal teams A creative mindset with a passion for producing fresh, engaging content Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management Develop, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms Capture and edit photos and videos from the Club and events to create compelling digital content 2. Marketing Collateral Design printed materials such as flyers, brochures, signage, event invitations, and email graphics Ensure all visual content aligns with GBBGC's brand identity and design standards
Qualifications & Requirements Required:
2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or communications (nonprofit experience a plus) Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). This is not negotiable. Candidates must possess this knowledge. Strong written and visual communication skills Hands-on experience managing social media for a brand or organization Keen attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
Preferred:
Experience with video editing software a plus Excellent organizational and project management skills A passion for design, branding, and visual storytelling with a creative and solutions-oriented approach Salary $20 - $25 per hour
