$30-38/hr on W2

Not eligible for visa sponsorship This role supports the client's Member Engagement Marketing team by driving high-volume lifecycle campaign production and quality assurance across multiple product solutions in a fast-paced, remote environment. Job Summary
- Build and maintain email templates using a drag-and-drop editor within a marketing automation platform such as Braze or Iterable
- Execute campaign production support by assembling campaigns and canvases, then shepherding them through QA and launch (approximately 50% of role)
- Conduct QA across three product solutions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality before deployment (approximately 50% of role)
- Collaborate daily with the Member Engagement Marketing team and cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Data Analysts, and the broader Growth Marketing team
- Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects independently in a high-production, fast-moving environment
- Identify and proactively communicate process improvements or new ideas when current approaches are not working
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing operations or a related marketing production role
- Hands-on experience with a drag-and-drop email template editor (Braze, Iterable, or a comparable platform)
- Demonstrated ability to QA marketing assets with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting
- Proven ability to self-direct, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and make independent decisions without constant managerial oversight
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience with Braze, including canvas and campaign creation
- Background in B2B, B2C, B2B2C, or healthcare marketing
- Experience supporting last-minute or high-urgency campaign launches in a production-heavy environment
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to incorporate quantitative results into workflow decisions
