Job Summary Seeking a professional and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to to assist me and other real estate agents on a part time or contract basis. In this role, you will support the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, sphere management, post card mailers, and online platform effectiveness for helping to elevate brand visibility and engagement. Your enthusiasm for digital marketing, combined with your creative flair and analytical mindset, will drive impactful results that contribute to our growth. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while honing your skills in various marketing disciplines. For the right person there will be more opportunity for hours. Duties Work with Real Estate Broker to manage client contact data base , agent recruiting data base and to assist in managing content and messaging on websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and advertising materials using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems such as WordPress for team building and recruiting of real estate professionals. Flexible enough to take an over all goal and communicate, monitor and execute a rolling 30, 60, and 90 day plan on a calendar. Support the execution of social media marketing strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics. Willingness to learn Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and campaign effectiveness. Support email marketing initiatives by designing campaigns with marketing automation platforms and analyzing open rates and click-through metrics to refine messaging using provided CRM system and platform.
Requirements Professional, Organized and Detailed! Willingness to use your natural strengths to learn adaption for this role. Experience or strong familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), SEM strategies, AEM, and performance marketing techniques. Experience with content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms. Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform marketing decisions. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media marketing, e-commerce strategies, and B2B marketing approaches. Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to work collaboratively with broker.
