Founded in Southern California nearly three decades ago and still family-owned today, the company has evolved from a local startup to a nationally recognized brand serving millions of players, teams, and organizations across the United States. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing department and its director. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Sator Soccer and make a significant impact in the marketing field. Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Director in the execution of marketing campaigns
• Coordinate various marketing projects and ensure on-time delivery
• Create compelling content for digital and print advertising
• Support development of weekly e-newsletters (HTML skills are not required)
• Manage social media accounts, content creation, community engagement, and reporting
• Maintain brand guidelines throughout
• Assist with copywriting for marketing materials, including brochures, emails, blog posts, and press releases
• Assist the sales team by providing marketing support materials and organizing promotional events
• Assist with trade show preparation and execution
• Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, identify trends/opportunities
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising
• 2+ years of experience in professional social media management
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
• Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and analytics tools
• Excellent copywriting skills for creating engaging content
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• Highly motivated and positive attitude Preferred but not required
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Photography and videography
