In this role, you'll help create proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that support transportation and construction pursuits across the firm. You'll work alongside experienced marketing and technical professionals, gaining hands-on experience in proposal development, visual communication, and strategic marketing while building skills that will serve you throughout your career. Essential Functions Edit proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials, incorporating feedback from technical reviewers Format and design professional documents and presentations Complete proposal forms and coordinate signatures and notarizations as needed Maintain resumes, project descriptions, company information, and photo libraries Search for and distribute relevant Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to appropriate teams Assemble marketing packages, qualifications statements, small proposals, and other client-facing materials Learn about RK&K's diverse projects and help tell the stories behind our work Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field Familiarity with page layout and design software (such as Adobe InDesign) Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel A positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn Other Duties This job description indicates the general nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other essential functions (as covered under ADA).
