We are looking for a vibrant, organized, and confident Marketing Assistant to help support the growth of our business coaching, sales team agency, and growth agency businesses. A lot of our clients are in niches like fitness, women's empowerment, skin care, health, real estate, dating, life coaching, and AI software (like AI bots that do day trading on autopilot, or AI appointment setters). We've helped 53+ founders launch/scale their online offerings, placed or managed 1,000+ sales reps, and added over $108M in revenue to our clients. We've spoken internationally on the topics of advertising, marketing, and sales at places like Harvard Club, NASDAQ, Oxford, Cambridge, and shared the same stages with leaders like Martha Stewart, Robert Kiyosaki, Dr. Oz, and Randi Zuckerberg. Ideal candidate will support day-to-day marketing activities including social media posting, LinkedIn outreach using the company's account to help find clients, networking at events, basic advertising campaign management under the mentorship of the owner, and using/monitoring follow-up systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys marketing, social media, relationship-building, networking, speaking, and helping create new business opportunities. Since it's facing possible clients in person at social events, being presentable and memorable is important for the role.
Experience:
You do not need to be an expert in everything. The right person is ready for an opportunity, reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with people, and excited to learn how modern business growth systems work. We have training videos and an internship program that can quickly teach any skills that you feel are missing. In this role, we're hiring based on personality and alignment over experience. Being outgoing or extraverted isn't required, but being able to communicate in-person is a must. Responsibilities. Help create, organize, and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Repurpose existing videos, testimonials, posts, and written content into short-form social media updates. Assist with LinkedIn outreach, including sending connection requests, starting conversations, tracking replies, and helping book calls. Attend select local networking events, business meetups, mixers, and community events to meet potential business contacts. Attend socials that we host to help monetize and turn conversations into scheduled meetings with our sales team/founders. Updating contact information, entering notes, and help organize new leads in our CRM (We use GoHighLevel). Help follow up with new contacts through email, LinkedIn, text, or other approved communication channels. Assist with basic ad campaign management, including helping monitor Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google ad performance. Help organize marketing assets such as client testimonials, screenshots, case studies, videos, and social proof. Support email campaigns, newsletters, and simple marketing automation workflows. Help research potential clients, business owners, local companies, events, podcasts, and strategic partners. Assist with website updates, landing pages, event pages, or basic funnel updates when needed. Track marketing activity and report weekly on outreach numbers, conversations started, leads generated, and next steps. Bring ideas for improving visibility, lead generation, and client acquisition. Ideal Candidate Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating. Organized and able to track details carefully. Comfortable using social media platforms, even if you don't personally use social media. Interested in entrepreneurship, business growth, marketing, AI, sales, or consulting. Prefers to work independently without needing constant supervision. Willing to attend networking events and represent the business professionally. Comfortable learning new tools, systems, CRMs, and marketing platforms. Positive, proactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative. Able to follow instructions while also suggesting improvements. Compensation Compensation will depend on experience, availability, and scope of responsibilities that can be taken over right away without training. Some work can be done remotely, but the ideal candidate should also be available to attend occasional in-person networking events, business mixers, or local meetings, especially in Ahwatukee.
