Marketing Assistant Medway Pain Center El Paso, TX Job Details Part-time | Contract | Internship $15 - $20 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Professional networking Google Analytics Certification Grassroots community outreach Community relationship building Community service initiatives Full Job Description Overview Medway Pain Center is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and organized Marketing & Physician Liaison Assistant to help grow our practice through community outreach, physician relationship building, and digital marketing support. This role combines traditional healthcare marketing with hands-on field outreach. You will represent Medway Pain Center by visiting physician offices, specialty clinics, urgent care centers, physical therapy offices, chiropractors, and other healthcare providers to introduce our services, strengthen referral relationships, and ensure our educational materials remain stocked and visible. You will also assist with digital marketing initiatives that strengthen our online presence and community engagement. Primary ResponsibilitiesPhysician & Community Outreach Visit physician offices, specialty clinics, urgent care centers, hospitals, physical therapy clinics, chiropractic offices, and other healthcare providers throughout the El Paso area. Professionally introduce Medway Pain Center's services to physicians, office managers, referral coordinators, and clinical staff. Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers. Deliver and replenish brochures, referral pads, business cards, and other marketing materials in waiting rooms and provider offices. Document office visits, contacts made, and follow-up opportunities. Identify new referral opportunities and report feedback from provider offices. Represent Medway Pain Center at community events, health fairs, chamber events, and networking opportunities as assigned. Community Marketing Distribute approved promotional materials throughout the community in accordance with local laws and property owner policies. Place flyers, door hangers, or promotional materials at approved community locations, businesses, and designated parking areas when authorized. Assist with local outreach campaigns targeting neighborhoods and businesses near our clinic locations. Maintain an inventory of marketing materials and coordinate reordering when supplies become low. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and making a measurable impact on the growth of a healthcare practice.
