Overview Coastal Painting Contractors is a growing commercial painting company based in Naples, Florida. We are seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant & Office Manager to support our day-to-day marketing efforts while helping maintain an organized and professional office environment. This flexible hybrid role averages 20-25 hours per week and is primarily remote, with 1-2 in-office days weekly at our Naples office. This position is ideal for a student, early-career marketer , or someone returning to the workforce who wants to build a portfolio with real campaigns and real results. You bring the organization and energy, we provide the direction.
What You'll Do:
Marketing Responsibilities (Primary Focus) Schedule and manage social media content using real project and jobsite photos Support Google review and reputation growth initiatives Create branded graphics and marketing materials using Canva Assist with website updates and email campaigns Support Google and Meta advertising campaigns under direction Keep marketing activities organized, updated, and on schedule Office & Administrative Support Handle mail, scanning, filing, and general office organization Welcome walk-ins and support office operations Assist with maintaining a professional and efficient office environment
What We're Looking For:
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently Comfortable using Canva and social media platforms Located near Naples, Bonita Springs, or Estero with ability to work in-office part of the week Marketing coursework, internship experience, or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow with the company
