Our marketing team supports a busy group of real estate advisors with standout listing marketing, video, social media, and branded materials. We're looking for a creative, organized Marketing Intern who wants hands-on experience in luxury real estate marketing. What You'll Do Video & Content Creation Help film and edit listing videos, property tours, and lifestyle content Produce short-form video for social media (Reels, TikTok, etc.) Help create advisor introduction and branding videos Organize and archive video and photo content for future use Graphic Design Design branded "Just Listed" and "Just Sold" social posts Create advisor milestone graphics such as new listings, closings, and anniversaries Help build flyers, postcards, open house materials, and luxury property exposés Help maintain branded templates in Canva and EV Create Social Media Help plan, create, and schedule content for company social pages Track engagement and suggest improvements Help promote events, listings, and seasonal campaigns Email Marketing Help build email campaigns and monthly newsletters in Rezora Track open and click rates and report results Marketing Concierge & Advisor Support Help manage incoming marketing requests from advisors Customize print and digital marketing materials for advisors Help advisors use marketing platforms such as EV Create, Rezora, Adwerx, Brand Central, Lofty, and EDGE Support special projects related to events, recruiting, and business development What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, a program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film, or a related field Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools Basic video shooting and editing skills (a portfolio is a plus) Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for design Strong written communication and organizational skills Ability to manage several projects and meet deadlines Reliable transportation for occasional on-site property shoots in the Naples area What You'll Gain Real portfolio pieces in luxury real estate marketing Mentorship from an experienced marketing team Exposure to industry marketing platforms and tools Experience working with real estate advisors and senior leadership

Pay:
