Marketing Associate Rainy Day Bees Shoreline, WA Job Details Part-time $23 - $26 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications Teamwork Content management systems Content editing Content marketing strategy Online blogs Content creation Newsletter campaigns Marketing analytics Instagram Technical Proficiency Copywriting Full Job Description Rainy Day Bees is seeking a Marketing Associate to craft engaging newsletters, create compelling blog and social media content, and make website and product updates. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a passion for storytelling. We've received a grant to hire this role, so that is the base for hourly pay and number of hours, but there is room for expansion. For the right candidate this role could be combined with other duties including farmers markets and operational duties (bottling, extracting, fulfillment) for a 30-40 hr a week role.
Responsibilities/Duties Newsletter Management:
Write, design, and send newsletters using Klaviyo to keep our customers informed and engaged.
Content Creation:
Develop and publish blog posts, social media updates, and other content that highlights our products, beekeeping tips, and company news.
Website Updates:
Make minor updates to our website, ensuring content is current and visually appealing.
Campaign Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our products and initiatives.
Analytics:
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing efforts, using data to inform future strategies. Required Qualifications Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Passion for beekeeping and sustainability is a plus. Reliable and communicative. Performs well in both collaborative work and independent work with large amounts of autonomy. Desired Qualifications Comfortability with Adobe Creative Suite. Interest in and exposure to honeybees.
