Position:
Marketing Associate The Marketing Team is seeking a candidate who will be responsible for marketing activities related to market research and product testing. Candidates with an Engineering/Technical background, related work experience, or a strong interest in the field are encouraged to apply.
Job Descriptions:
Support Marketing Manager in media lead generation activities Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and customer preferences Create and design marketing materials using tools such as Adobe Photoshop Manage and support social media and multi-channel marketing content (social media, print, newsletters, etc.) Maintain and update product and educational content on the company website Support product testing and evaluation, including dental devices, X-ray equipment, and software applications Participate in product development and product launch preparation
Requirements:
Experience in dental or medical-related fields preferred (not required) Prior office/administrative experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Fluent in
English and Korean Salary Range:
$55,000 ~ $80,000

Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitor analysis Provide feedback to product and R D teams to improve usability, performance, and customer satisfaction. Actively using the software to gain a deep understanding of its features, workflows, and user experience Testing new versions, updates, and functionalities prior to launch to ensure accuracy, usability, and market readiness Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly Plan and execute product launches, including developing marketing collateral, and coordinating with cross-functional teams Provide sales guide and materials that effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions to potential customers Research to create comparison report of products in the market Analyze data and generate reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions Provide leadership and guidance to marketing teams or cross-functional teams involved in marketing activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proficiency with office technology (Office365, outlook email, cloud system) Experience in the dental or medical industry (preferred but not required) Strong working knowledge of Marketing Management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy Fluent in
