This role combines social media content creation, photography, basic website support, and local business outreach. You'll work directly with the owner to create engaging content, keep marketing projects organized, and help build relationships with prospective clients. You don't need to be an expert in every area of marketing. We're looking for someone who brings initiative, communicates well, and is eager to learn. Experience with WordPress, SEO, and digital advertising is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person. This is a part-time position with a long-term focus and opportunities to grow alongside the company. Responsibilities Create graphics, captions, photos, and short videos for ClientGrove and our clients. Help plan, organize, and schedule social media content while maintaining each client's brand voice and style. Visit local businesses to capture content, highlight their services, and support marketing projects. Introduce ClientGrove's services to prospective clients through in-person business visits, conversations, and follow-up. Assist with website content, blog posts, and email newsletters. Learn to manage WordPress updates, including editing text, adding images, and updating page layouts. Help keep client projects, content assets, and deadlines organized. As your skills develop, support keyword research, website optimization, Google Business Profile updates, and basic marketing reports. Over time, assist with email marketing, paid advertising, and marketing automation based on your experience and training. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. A creative eye and an interest in social media, photography, and marketing. Comfort meeting business owners and representing ClientGrove professionally. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow through on deadlines. Willingness to receive feedback, learn new tools, and improve your work. Basic comfort with technology and the ability to learn platforms such as WordPress. Reliable internet access for remote work and reliable transportation for local visits. Interest in a long-term role with increasing responsibility. Helpful Experience — Not Required Creating content for business, personal, school, or community social media accounts. Using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other design and video editing tools. Taking photos or filming and editing short-form videos. Updating websites in WordPress or another content management system. Working with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta advertising, or email marketing. Customer service, sales, networking, or business outreach. A formal marketing background is not required. We welcome applicants who can demonstrate creativity, dependability, and a willingness to learn through their work or personal projects. Schedule and Work Location Most work will initially be completed from home, with scheduled in-person work for content creation, client visits, business outreach, and team collaboration. Applicants must be located in the Beaumont / Southeast Texas area and available for occasional daytime business visits. As the company grows, we expect approximately half of the working hours to take place in person. This position is best suited for someone comfortable with both remote and in-person work. Compensation and Growth We're looking for someone who wants to grow with ClientGrove over the long term. Pay will be reviewed as your skills, responsibilities, and contributions develop and company growth supports increases. Additional hours and expanded responsibilities may become available over time.
