About Harvest Medical Systems Harvest Medical Systems is a fast-growing healthcare technology company helping hospitals, health systems, imaging centers, and physician groups across the country expand access to MRI, CT, and PET/CT imaging through flexible leasing and mobile solutions. We're building the marketing infrastructure to power our next phase of growth — and we want you to help build it. The Role This isn't a typical internship. You won't be scheduling social posts or sitting in on meetings. You'll be hands-on building real marketing systems — automation workflows, dashboards, email campaigns, and data pipelines — that directly support business growth. You'll work alongside executive leadership and walk away with portfolio-ready projects and real-world experience. What You'll Work On Build and deploy email campaigns and automation workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Create audience segmentation, lead nurture journeys, and A/B tests Configure CRM and marketing automation platforms; build lead capture and routing workflows Build executive dashboards and campaign performance reporting Implement UTM tracking, attribution models, and campaign naming standards Support demand generation campaigns — landing pages, forms, and tracking Evaluate AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. We're looking for someone who: Has hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce CRM Has built email campaigns, nurture workflows, or marketing automation — not just read about them Is comfortable with data: spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance reporting Understands demand generation basics — lead capture, scoring, routing, and funnel metrics Has used AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, etc.) Can work independently, manage priorities, and move fast What You'll Gain Direct mentorship from executive leadership Hands-on experience with real marketing technology platforms (not simulations) Portfolio-worthy, measurable projects in a B2B healthcare tech environment Exposure to the full demand generation and marketing ops function Consideration for future employment based on performance How to Apply Submit your application through Indeed with: Your resume A brief note on why this role interests you Work samples if available — dashboards, Salesforce projects, email campaigns, reporting builds, or similar
