This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the balance of client acquisition, relationship-based sales, digital marketing, and systems management. You will help grow our studio community by converting leads into loyal clients while supporting the marketing initiatives that elevate our brand. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into consultations and memberships Confidently present services, pricing, and membership options Re-engage inactive leads and former clients through strategic outreach Support retention efforts through thoughtful client communication CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate client records and lead pipelines within the studio CRM Track lead sources, conversion rates, and client retention metrics Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for ownership Monitor KPIs related to inquiry volume, bookings, conversions, and campaign performance Identify opportunities to improve lead response time and conversion efficiency Marketing Automation Build and manage automated email campaigns in Mailchimp Create lead nurture sequences, onboarding emails, and retention campaigns Segment client lists to improve targeting and engagement Manage workflow automations using Zapier to connect studio systems Develop reporting automations that improve visibility into sales and marketing performance Social Media & Brand Content Partner with management to create engaging photo, video, and written content for social media platforms Assist with content planning and scheduling across Instagram and other channels Capture in-studio content that reflects the studio's brand and client experience Write captions that support engagement, education, and lead generation Monitor social engagement and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner Support local promotions, events, and referral campaigns through digital content Client Experience Ensure every prospective client receives a polished and personalized experience Help maintain consistency in messaging across all client touchpoints Support studio events and community outreach efforts Strengthen referral relationships with local wellness partners Qualifications Experience in sales, client relations, or boutique fitness/wellness marketing Strong understanding of CRM management and pipeline tracking Experience with Mailchimp preferred Experience with Zapier or similar workflow tools preferred Experience creating content for Instagram or other social platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable discussing pricing and confidently asking for the sale Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Passion for health, wellness, and exceptional client service What Success Looks Like Faster lead response times Higher consultation-to-membership conversion rates Better visibility into sales and marketing performance Improved social engagement and brand awareness Improved client retention Streamlined automations that save time and improve consistency Compensation & Benefits Flexible & hybrid part time schedule Competitive hourly pay Complimentary Pilates classes + Family and Friends Discount Opportunity to grow within a thriving wellness business
