Duties Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts. Manage social media scheduling and publishing. Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment and industry trends; adjust strategies accordingly. Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost engagement and reach new audiences. Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community growth and relationship management. Qualifications Proven experience or strong interest in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva and CapCut. Familiarity with social media management tools. Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and understanding of social media advertising best practices. Strong photography and video editing skills; experience with video editing software is a plus. Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft clear, engaging content tailored for various platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship management skills; proactive communicator who thrives on collaboration.
