icon303 is an artist and poet, with a passion for marketing. We launched our art project 2 years ago and have recently taken on marketing services for local businesses. We blend creativity with strategic marketing to deliver results-driven campaigns that elevate brands. If you have a passion for art, poetry, and can sell sand to the beach, we'd love to have you on the team!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Specialist who will focus on generating new business within the industry. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients in the restaurant, coffee house, tattoo shop, art galleries, and any other small but creative spaces, selling our marketing services, and helping shape tailored ad strategies that reach the perfect clientele. This role will also include advising on our own projects and marketing strategies. This may feature design ideas, social media management, research, analysis, and more. This role requires a deep appreciation for the arts, a strong understanding of marketing, and an eagerness to connect with clients who want to make an impact in the creative world and can become a very lucrative for the right individual.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in marketing or advertising, with a passion for art industry and ability to talk to new people.
• Strong knowledge of marketing techniques, particularly in digital advertising and audience targeting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey marketing strategies effectively.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine interest in art and an appreciation for the industry's unique dynamics.
• A love for big dogs is a huge plus but not necessary.

Pay:

Currently, we offer a commission-based salary for the time being, with other options becoming available as time goes on and goals are met. With the current goals in place, you have the opportunity to make upwards of $150,000 the first year if they are all met.
