From providing backpacks and school supplies to children in need, to supporting broader social causes, we engage the public to create real change. We're currently hiring an Event Marketing Assistant who is enthusiastic, outgoing, and ready to inspire donors face-to-face. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference, develop valuable skills, and earn weekly income. Every conversation you spark directly supports children in underserved communities by providing essential school supplies. What You'll Do Represent nonprofit partners at live events, outdoor retail locations, and pop-up booths Engage with the public, share impactful stories, and encourage charitable donations Walk donors through the sign-up and giving process with empathy and confidence Track your outreach and fundraising results and participate in regular team feedback sessions Attend weekly training to develop your communication, sales, and leadership skills Work Environment & Schedule Full-time schedule, including some weekends In-person, event-based role with frequent travel to busy retail or community locations Active, face-to-face interaction with dozens of potential donors daily Outdoor and fast-paced environment Who We're Looking For Strong communicator who enjoys talking to new people Passionate about social impact and supporting nonprofit causes Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Comfortable being on your feet and working outdoors
