eCommerce & Marketing Assistant (Auto Parts / eBay / Social Media / Photos & Video / Shipping / Parts Receiving & Returns) MPT Body Shop - Full-Time, Year-Round | In-Person MPT is hiring a Full-Time eCommerce & Marketing Assistant to support our auto parts sales , eBay store , shipping and fulfillment , and digital marketing . This is a non-seasonal, year-round position and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person interested in a long-term role. This role is ideal for someone with experience in eCommerce, online sales, marketplace listings (eBay), product photography, video content creation, social media marketing, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and parts coordination . Pay is negotiable (depending on experience). Schedule Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities eCommerce / eBay Listing / Online Sales Create, publish, and manage eBay listings for auto parts Write keyword-rich product descriptions , listing titles, and item specifics Upload and organize high-quality product photos and videos for eBay listings Handle pricing , market research, and competitor research for online listings Maintain strong organization for listings and order processing Shipping / Packaging / Fulfillment Pick, pack, and ship sold auto parts (order fulfillment) Print shipping labels, package items securely, and track shipments Coordinate with carriers (USPS / UPS / FedEx) and track deliveries Marketing / Content Creation / Product Photography / Video Take professional-quality photographs for parts listings and marketing Create short-form video content (walkarounds, featured parts, behind-the-scenes) Organize, label, and upload photos/videos for use across eBay, website, and social media Basic photo editing and video editing Social Media / Website Updates Social media marketing and posting to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Create content for promotions, new inventory, parts highlights, and shop activity Help maintain a consistent brand look across platforms Assist with website updates : uploading product photos, updating inventory content, basic edits Support basic digital marketing tasks and online branding as needed Qualifications Required Experience with eCommerce platforms (preferred: eBay ) Strong attention to detail (listings, inventory, receiving, shipping, returns) Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable using a computer daily and learning tools/software Experience with product photography , product videos, or content creation Experience with social media marketing / digital marketing / online advertising Automotive knowledge and interest in auto parts a plus Experience with shipping/receiving , parts tracking, returns, and inventory systems Work Culture MPT describes its culture as: Detail-oriented — quality and precision-focused Aggressive — competitive and growth-oriented Stable — strong processes and consistency People-oriented — supportive and fairness-focused
