Paid Training, Mileage Reimbursement New Bath Today, Kohler's largest dealer in the Walk-in bath and shower space is seeking energetic Field Marketing Associates to explain our products and services to homeowners at stores and events throughout the area. Whether you are looking to move away from solar, fast food, or long retail hours, we encourage all to apply! This role requires the ability to have conversations with ease, answer objections, and keep a positive attitude. Field Marketing Associates travel to and from locations such as Costco's and Home Improvement Shows with setting up items, so reliable transportation is required. This role requires about 10 - 28 hours per week in a part-time capacity with the potential to go full-time in the future.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Increase brand awareness and sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and promoting New Bath Today's brand Represent New Bath Today's brand at Costco in store events including planning and coordination, generating leads, and scheduling appointments Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner Act as a subject matter expert for customers by answering questions about our products and services while showcasing New Bath Today's value and expertise Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on all New Bath Today's service and product offerings Obtain complete information from clients for the purpose of scheduling appointments Provide additional marketing support by calling inbound/outbound leads and other various marketing-related tasks Other duties may include supporting additional markets, assist in training new team members, track and report on event results

Skills & Qualifications:

1 year of customer service experience required, (retail sales experience is preferred) Industry experience is preferred but not required Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel with large, branded items An outgoing, friendly personality, and the ability to drive a conversation Ability to follow a proven process to generate sales appointments Ability to stand for extended periods of time Evening and weekend availability
