The firm handles a wide range of personal injury matters, including car accidents, serious slip and fall cases, and wrongful death claims. About the Role The Firm is looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a fun, hands-on role centered around filming content, supporting social media efforts, and helping bring the firm's brand and personality to life online. The ideal candidate enjoys being creative, is comfortable working with a camera, and has a strong interest in social media content creation. This person should be excited to film, assist with day-to-day marketing tasks, and occasionally participate in light on-camera content. Key Responsibilities The Marketing Assistant will help support the firm's marketing and social media presence by: Filming video content for social media platforms, including short-form videos, behind-the-scenes clips, interviews, office content, community events, and promotional content. Assisting with the setup, recording, and basic coordination of social media shoots. Helping create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Supporting day-to-day social media tasks, including posting, scheduling, organizing content, monitoring engagement, and assisting with content calendars. Capturing photos and videos during firm events, community outreach, office activities, and marketing campaigns. Participating in light on-camera content when needed, such as casual videos, trends, introductions, or supporting roles in social media clips. Assisting with brainstorming creative content ideas that align with the firm's brand, voice, and goals. Helping organize digital media files, footage, photos, captions, and marketing assets. Staying aware of social media trends and identifying opportunities for the firm to participate in a professional and engaging way. Supporting the marketing team with administrative tasks, campaign preparation, and special projects as needed. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is creative, dependable, and excited to be part of a growing marketing team. The right candidate should bring positive energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to jump in and help.
The ideal candidate is:
Comfortable filming content on a phone, camera, or other video equipment. Interested in social media, content creation, and digital marketing. Comfortable appearing on camera in a light, casual way when needed. Creative, outgoing, and willing to contribute ideas. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Detail-oriented and dependable. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Professional, positive, and enthusiastic. Open to feedback and willing to learn.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, or LinkedIn. Basic understanding of filming, video content, or social media content creation. Strong communication skills. Ability to work well with attorneys, staff, clients, and community partners. Comfortable assisting with video shoots and light on-camera appearances. Able to work on-site Mondays - Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Preferred:
Experience creating short-form video content. Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar platforms. Experience managing or assisting with social media accounts. Photography or videography experience. Interest in marketing, branding, public relations, or communications. Bilingual skills are a plus. Compensation and Benefits Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. Benefits may include a maximum of fifteen (15) days of paid vacation; paid holidays; health, dental, and vision insurance; supplemental benefits; long-term and short-term disability, as well as a 401k plan with employer match. Vacation must be accrued prior to using it. RLF does observe a 90-day probationary period before vacation and 401k can be utilized.
