Job Description
Envolve Client Services Group professionally manages apartment communities located in markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are a company whose success is measured by our residents' satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to be. Envolve Client Service Group offers a wide variety of opportunities from residential apartment management, leasing, maintenance and more. We, the Envolve Client Services Group team, are recruiting friendly self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed, to join our growing company. We are currently searching for Temporary FullTime Marketing interns for our Corporate Memphis office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with designing property flyers and social media graphics Review property online listings for accuracy and consistency Draft social media captions and content calendars Assist with monitoring social media engagement Help evaluate Google listings and property websites Organize marketing resources or templates for property teams Assist with survey creation and data review Perform other duties as assigned Education and Work Experience Requirements Must be a current high school or college student.Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
Social Media, General Marketing & Computer Knowledge and Skills are required. Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook; Ability to prioritize and manage projects and changing deadlines. Must be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision. Ability to communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner. Effective written and oral communication skills including the ability to read and interpret documents, Write correspondence, develop training materials, and speak effectively in interpersonal situations and before groups of people. Attention to detail and ability to edit and proofread. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished written, oral, diagram, and/or schedule form. Ability to additional hours as needed to complete duties Must be punctual Detail orientedBENEFITS
