(South Austin) Girl Guitar is looking for a part-time assistant to help support our growing music school and community for women in music. We're looking for someone responsible, proactive, organized, upbeat, and genuinely great with people. This role combines front desk/reception work, marketing support, customer communication, and day-to-day organizational help. This is a great fit for someone who: loves creative environments has excellent time management skills notices what needs to be done without being micromanaged communicates clearly and warmly enjoys helping build community is comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once Responsibilities may include: Greeting students and helping create a welcoming environment Responding to emails, texts, and inquiries Assisting with scheduling and organization Social media posting and marketing support Helping keep classes, events, and promotions running smoothly Occasional errands or project support General administrative assistance

Requirements:

Strong communication skills Reliable transportation Comfortable using Google Docs, email, social media, and basic tech tools Strong organizational and follow-through skills Positive attitude and professionalism Ability to work independently and take initiative Bonus if you have experience with: Canva social media marketing music, arts, events, or education customer service or front desk work
