Office Support Assistant

Job Summary Alkusari Stone is a leading supplier of stone, providing our clients with high-quality stone products for design, architecture, and construction projects. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and enthusiastic team member to support our sales team and organize our growing stone sample library.

Position Overview:

As the Marketing & Stone Sample Library Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping our team maintain an organized, efficient stone sample library and assist in supporting our sales team and clients needs. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone with organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Stone Sample Library Organization:

Catalog and organize stone samples, ensuring that the library is always up to date. Assist with labeling, storing, and tracking samples to ensure they are easily accessible for client requests and team use. Manage the inventory of stone samples and produce samples as necessary.

Marketing Support:

Help develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our stone collections across various platforms (social media, email newsletters, website, etc.). Assist in the creation of engaging content (photos, descriptions, and promotional materials) to showcase stone samples. Assist with email marketing campaigns and social media posts to engage potential clients and design professionals. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements where necessary.

Client Interaction & Support:

Respond to sample requests and coordinate sample shipments to clients. Assist in maintaining client relationships through timely follow-ups and providing information on stone products.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Background in graphic design. Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and basic marketing tools (Canva, Mailchimp, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in design, architecture, or the stone industry is a plus but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Photoshop, InDesign) and Google Drive tools.
