Company Description Third Parties, Inc. is an intuitive online marketplace designed to streamline third-party diligence in the commercial real estate industry. Our platform connects brokers, lenders, and property owners with vetted service providers-such as surveyors, inspectors, and environmental consultants-bringing transparency, efficiency, and competition to a traditionally fragmented process. Role Description This is a full-time, paid summer internship (40 hours per week, 8 weeks) designed for college-level (or higher) individuals interested in pursuing careers in sales, marketing, and/or commercial real estate. As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will work directly with the founding team and gain hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of a high-growth startup. You will support outbound sales efforts, assist in building marketing initiatives, and help drive early adoption of our platform. This is not a passive internship-you will be actively involved in outreach, client interaction, and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities would include:
Conduct outbound sales outreach (calls, emails, and follow-ups) to prospective users of the platform Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns targeting commercial real estate professionals Research and identify potential customers, partners, and market opportunities Support onboarding of new users, including walkthroughs of the platform Track and report on outreach efforts, conversion metrics, and campaign performance Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives You will gain direct exposure to real-world deal flow, sales processes, and the operational mechanics of commercial real estate transactions Qualifications We are looking for motivated, coachable, and intellectually curious individuals who are serious about building a career in sales, real estate, or business. Current college student (rising sophomore, junior, or senior preferred) Strong interest in sales, marketing, and/or commercial real estate Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written Willingness to engage in outbound outreach and client-facing activities High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail Self-starter mentality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic familiarity with real estate concepts or sales processes is a plus, but not required Compensation & Structure Full-time (40 hours/week) 8-week summer internship Paid at applicable minimum wage High-value experiential learning opportunity with direct mentorship from experienced real estate and business professionals
