Job Summary We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives, sales support materials, and new product launches. You will collaborate across multiple departments to create impactful marketing content, coordinate projects, and help drive successful go-to-market strategies. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and has a passion for marketing, communication, and supporting sales growth. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Sales Support Create and manage marketing materials including catalogs, product packaging, point-of-sale (POS) materials, specification sheets, brochures, presentations, advertising materials, website content, social media content, and internal newsletters. Partner with the VP of Marketing to coordinate new product launches from concept through market introduction. Assist in developing customer marketing programs and sales enablement materials. Coordinate production and distribution of sales samples and launch materials. Support Sales Leadership by researching market trends, identifying new product opportunities, and developing marketing recommendations. Prepare reports and presentations to support product and marketing initiatives. Track product launch performance, including inventory, forecasts, and sales results. Assist with sales meetings, broker communications, and other sales support activities. Project Management Coordinate multiple marketing projects while maintaining timelines and priorities. Track project progress and communicate updates with cross-functional teams. Work closely with Customer Service, Graphics, and Samples departments to ensure timely completion of marketing projects. Maintain marketing assets and ensure branding consistency across all materials. Data & Operations Maintain accurate product information within the
GS1/GDSN
database. Assist with maintaining marketing equipment, production resources, and department supplies. Support continuous improvement of marketing processes and workflows. QualificationsEducation & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant marketing experience will be considered. Skills & Qualifications Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with graphic design, marketing, and video editing software is preferred. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations. Problem-solving skills with the ability to improve processes and identify efficiencies. Ability to analyze data and work with percentages, forecasts, and basic business metrics.
