This is a full-time, in-office position

AgTrust Farm Credit is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll support marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage our customers, and support our mission.
What You'll Do
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll support a wide range of marketing and communication efforts, including:
Event & Sponsorship Coordination
Coordinate and support marketing events in partnership with lending teams and internal stakeholders
Prepare and manage event and sponsorship logistics, including materials, timelines, and on-site needs
Handle sponsorship fulfillment to ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time
Project & Task Management
Utilize Asana (project management platform) to track, manage, and complete assignments
Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
Maintain organized records of projects, materials, and communications
Marketing Operations Support
Coordinate advertising requests and ensure timely execution
Assist with invoice collection and tracking for marketing-related expenses
Support general marketing operations, including cross-team coordination and follow-ups
Creative & Administrative Support
Create and edit basic marketing materials using Canva
Assist with fulfillment of marketing materials and campaign assets
Run occasional errands related to events and marketing needs (e.g., picking up supplies, managing inventory such as tablecloths and storage items)
What Makes You a Great Fit
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred. Agriculture, rural lending or financial services industry experience a plus.
One (1) to two (2) years of related marketing experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content management systems or marketing platforms preferred
