Leander, TX Job Details Part-time $15 - $20 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Salesforce Canva TikTok Facebook Instagram Full Job Description Overview Part-Time Real Estate Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist We are a growing real estate brokerage in the Austin/Leander area looking for a part-time marketing professional to help generate buyer and seller leads.

Pay:

$15-$20/hour

Hours:

15-20 hours/week

Bonus:

Performance bonus eligibility after 3 months

Schedule:

Flexible; hybrid/remote options available Responsibilities Run buyer and seller lead-generation campaigns Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising Create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts Help with Google/YouTube campaigns Create landing pages and lead forms Develop email/text follow-up campaigns Track cost per lead, appointments and conversions Test and improve campaigns based on results Ideal Candidate Experience with social media marketing Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager Comfortable creating short-form video content Knowledge of Canva and AI marketing tools Understanding of lead generation and marketing funnels Real estate marketing experience is a plus Our focus is measurable results — qualified buyer leads, seller leads and appointments — not just likes and followers.
