This position is focused on building relationships with healthcare providers, promoting our services, developing referral opportunities, and increasing awareness of our infusion services within the local medical community. No prior experience in marketing, sales, or infusion services is required. We are looking for someone who is dependable, personable, eager to learn, and willing to develop new skills. Our team will provide the training, guidance, and support needed to succeed in the role. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and may have opportunities to travel to Las Vegas and other locations for additional training and exposure to our operations Job Type Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Starting Salary 20$/hour Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for infusion therapy services, including specialty medications and infusion treatments. Develop strategic partnerships through in-person visits, meetings, presentations, and follow-up with physicians, specialists, clinic administrators, discharge planners, case managers, and healthcare providers. Proactively identify, target, and promote infusion pharmacy services to rheumatology, gastroenterology, neurology, oncology, immunology, infectious disease, dermatology, and other specialty practices. Manage territory effectively by identifying new opportunities, scheduling visits, and ensuring consistent engagement with existing clients. Conduct regular provider visits, presentations, and follow-up meetings to strengthen referral partnerships and improve provider engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to develop educational materials, presentations, and reports that support sales efforts and client needs. Skills Exceptional communication skills for client presentations, product demos, and building lasting customer relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for data analysis and client management. Strong organizational skills to manage territory effectively, schedule meetings efficiently, and prioritize tasks. Ability to analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales strategies. Leadership qualities to influence stakeholders internally and externally while driving team collaboration. Willingness to learn and develop new skills through company-provided training and guidance.
