Job Description

Position Overview We're looking for a motivated and organized Marketing & Office Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help grow our brand. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of creativity and administrative work.
Responsibilities Marketing Support:
Assist with social media content creation and scheduling Help plan and promote events, campaigns, and special offers Create basic graphics, emails, and promotional materials Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments
Office/Admin Tasks:
Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries Schedule appointments and manage calendars Maintain organized files and records Assist with data entry, enrollment and basic billing Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Basic computer skills (Google Workspace) Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented Previous marketing or admin experience preferred (but not required) Bonus Skills Experience with Canva or graphic design tools Email marketing platforms Customer service experience What We Offer Flexible schedule Fun, supportive work environment Opportunities to grow within the company Family discounts How to Apply Send your resume and a short note about why you'd be a great fit to [email/contact info].
Time Overview Social Media Batching:
3 hours per week
Design:
2 hours per week (this will include print, digital, and campaigns)
Social Media Monitoring:
1 hour per week Content Creation on site/design/posting: 2 hours per week
General Manager Meeting:
1 hour per week
Program Manager Meeting:
1 hour per week Email scheduling: 1 hour per week Metric/insight reporting, evaluation, and planning: 1 hour per week Social Media profile updating/maintenance: 1 hour per week
Printing/Proofing:
1 hour per week Max of 15 hours per week unless otherwise approved by
General Manager Job Types:
Part-time, Contract Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
