We're looking for a Marketing Assistant & Runner to support our day-to-day marketing operations and help ensure our marketing materials are organized, polished, produced, and delivered on time.

DOE What You'll Do:

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll play an important support role within the marketing team. Your job is to help produce, organize, quality-check, and distribute marketing materials across the company while supporting light design and administrative marketing needs.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Delivering marketing materials across the valley to all six of our offices Printing, organizing, and cutting marketing materials for agent and company use Assisting with light graphic design projects such as flyers, postcards, brochures, and simple promotional pieces Helping maintain quality control to ensure all printed materials are clean, accurate, and presentation-ready Supporting the marketing team with general production and administrative tasks as needed Using AI tools to streamline simple marketing tasks such as content drafting, idea generation, proofreading, and basic design support Inventory & order marketing materials Distribute marketing materials, ensuring they are organized, prepared, and delivered on time What You Bring to the

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized Dependable transportation and willingness to travel locally throughout the valley Basic graphic design skills Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design platforms Ability to manage time well and complete recurring tasks efficiently Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help where needed Previous experience in marketing support, print production, preparing print-ready files, or handling marketing collateral preferred Familiarity with real estate marketing materials is a plus
