Marketing Description Mr. Rogers Windows is seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to help support and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for a well-rounded marketing professional who understands both digital marketing and traditional lead generation strategies. We are looking for someone with a mature, professional mindset who can be creative while taking ownership of projects and contribute to the continued growth of our company. Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms Develop graphics, advertisements and marketing materials for online, print, direct mail and community outreach efforts Support lead generation initiatives including events, neighborhood marketing and local campaigns Work closely with the Marketing Director, internal departments and outside vendors to ensure marketing objectives are achieved Assist with website updates, email marketing and social media content Research and evaluate new marketing strategies while maintaining proven lead generation methods Produce internal communications and employee newsletters Help oversee special projects and community marketing efforts This is not a remote position. You will work in-office with the marketing team Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising or digital media Experience with both digital marketing and traditional/non-digital lead generation Strong communication, writing and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration preferred.
