With locations in McLean and Fairfax, Virginia, our growing practice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our expanding marketing initiatives. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and dependable Marketing Assistant to work alongside our Marketing Coordinator in supporting daily marketing operations, campaigns, social media initiatives, and CRM management. This role is ideal for someone with strong digital marketing knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within the aesthetics and cosmetic surgery industry. The ideal candidate will serve as a "right-hand" support person to the Marketing Coordinator by assisting with campaigns, projects, content coordination, lead management, and overall marketing execution. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. Candidates may periodically be required to work from both our McLean and Fairfax locations. ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Campaign Support Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives Support Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google advertising campaigns Help monitor campaign performance, analytics, and reporting Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks and special projects CRM & Lead Management Help manage and maintain the GoHighLevel CRM system Assist with lead tracking, workflows, automations, and patient communication campaigns Support lead nurturing and follow-up initiatives Help maintain organization and accuracy within the CRM platform Social Media & Content Support Assist with social media content coordination and scheduling Help organize and support content creation efforts Coordinate with internal team members and marketing vendors Assist with brand consistency across digital platforms Administrative Marketing Support Serve as support for the Marketing Coordinator with ongoing projects and initiatives Help organize marketing materials, calendars, and campaign timelines Assist with vendor communication and project coordination Support overall growth and marketing operations for the practice Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media campaigns Experience managing or working within GoHighLevel CRM Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Creative mindset with attention to detail Experience in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, healthcare, or luxury brands is a plus Position Details Part-time position Flexible schedule May periodically work from both: McLean, Virginia location Fairfax, Virginia location Opportunity for growth within the practice To Apply Please submit your resume along with any relevant marketing, social media, or campaign experience/examples if available.
