We support our world-class sales team by creating beautifully designed marketing materials and industry leading client outreach products. If you are looking for a career in the real estate industry and you have familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, creating training materials, a background supporting a sales team, or other marketing experience, then we'd like to speak with you! Primary responsibilities and duties include (but not limited to): Creating and updating training materials for CW continuing education offerings. Gathering industry and community news article links and sending to sales team weekly. Researching regional content for customer service products and monthly marketing drop. Maintaining/updating marketing materials on SharePoint and HubSpot as needed. Proofreading marketing materials for grammar and accuracy. Printing, collating, packaging, and arranging for pickup/delivery of marketing materials to sales team and other internal clients. Assist sales team with pickup/load up of marketing materials. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Marketing experience preferred Solid skills in Office 365 (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign Experience with using email marketing platforms and creating templates (HubSpot or similar) Ability to research and write concise marketing copy, with excellent grammar Proofreading skills and attention to detail Self-starter with amazing organization and time management skills to keep projects moving and on track What you should expect from
