Job Description
I am not looking for someone who already knows everything. I am looking for someone to train. I run a technology consulting company in Liberty Lake. I need a Marketing Assistant who wants to be running marketing in a couple years.
What you will learn:
AI tools (daily), automation platforms, Manual LinkedIn, X, Reddit, CRM and pipelines, cold email, prospect research, and campaign reporting. Most marketers your age have never touched half this list.What I need:
you learn fast, your work is clean, you take blunt feedback well, and you actually want a career and not just a paycheck.What you do not need:
experience with our tools, a marketing degree, or any background in IT. Zero to three years is fine. A sharp recent grad with drive beats a bored veteran. In office five days a week. Not about monitoring you. I cannot teach you over Slack. $30/hour plus performance bonuses reviewed monthly. If you are good, you will not be an assistant for long.Pay:
