Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the organization and efficiency of daily office operations and creating marketing materials and content for social media accounts. In this position, you will be answering phones, filing, scanning, making copies, and other office duties to assist other office personal. You will also be responsible for creating marketing material for advertising and posting to our social media platforms. Local travel to jobsite for content will be required. Must have reliable transportation and current insurance. Experience with Canva a must. Must work well with people. This is a part-time position Monday-Friday, ideally 9am-2pm during the busier office hours but hours flexible. Responsibilities Help manage incoming phone calls and collect all appropriate customer/vendor information. Data entry into QuickBooks and Trello daily. Manage records and files while updating paperwork and databases. Keep the office space organized. Maintain supplies and order more when inventory is low. Communicate between the crews, estimators, and clients Design marketing content using Canva. Create videos for social media. Manage both Facebook and Instagram accounts, posting multiple times a week. Create monthly newsletters. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced work environment. Must have your own mode of transport and a valid driver's license. Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, google ads, newsletters and content creation. Excellent customer service skills.
