Job Description
The marketing intern provides support and assists in the creation of marketing tactics that support marketing strategies while maintaining the integrity of the brand. Exercising self-motivated, independent judgment and creativity, the marketing intern responsibilities include ideation and coordination of social media filming video projects; editing of social media and other various video projects; achieving weekly social media video production targets; engaging with the public and representing OSMS at various events or doctor talks; facilitation of marketing requests and orders; support for marketing efforts; and conducting special projects as assigned. Essential to the job are strong interpersonal, video editing, design, project management, networking, and communication skills. The internship is a paid part-time, in-person role from September 2026 - May 2027. The intern will work 15-20 hours/week where their office location (OSMS Green Bay or Neenah) and schedule will be determined by both the intern and their managers. The intern must be flexible and adaptable to their schedule changing based on special occasions. Working towards a Degree in Marketing, Video/Editing, Film/Media, or similar major. Experience filming footage and videos (iPhone). Video Editing Skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or another similar Video Editing Program). Familiarity with Graphic Design Programs preferred (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or similar programs).
