Position Summary The Marketing & Social Media Associate will work closely with our Brand Manager & Director of Sales and Marketing on bringing the brand to life across various marketing channels. This person will create on-brand content, from concepting and shooting photo and video to writing copy and designing graphics that fits each platform's voice. This person will plan, schedule, and execute social media and email marketing programs and campaigns. This person will design and execute printable assets for own retail as well as wholesale retail environments. This person will work efficiently & effectively across channels without sacrificing quality. This is a hands-on, in-the-field, and office-based hybrid role. The Associate will be present at events and brand moments, capturing content in real time. They'll bring an understanding of trends in the craft beverage space and share that with the Brand Manager, Director, and stakeholders to keep the brand sharp and current. Qualifications 21+ years old High School Diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation to multiple locations and events Social Media, Marketing, Graphic Design, Photography, Videography, Communications experience or equivalent degree Hospitality and/or CPG marketing experience preferred Key Competencies Successful social media manager and content creator Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (Edits, CapCut, or similar) Strong copywriting skills - both long & short form Understanding of basic Graphic Design principles and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication Strategic thinker who can connect dots across competing priorities and find opportunities to align messaging Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently High degree of digital/computer literacy Keen understanding of demographics, platform trends, and the broader social landscape Ability to balance planned, forward-built content with fast turnaround on relevant trends Essential Job Functions Plan, build, and post 10-15 unique content pieces per week across 3-5 channels, each with a distinct voice and visual style Produce a mix of static, carousel, and video content Create both platform-native/UGC-style content and higher-end branded visuals Attend brand events and activations to capture real-time content Create content supporting all Third Space Brewing business units in accordance with brand guidelines Content to include photography, video, graphic design and copywriting Design & execute necessary signage for own & wholesale retail environments Plan, schedule, and write effective email marketing campaigns Contribute to monthly and quarterly content calendar planning Monitor and report on competitor content and emerging trends Collaborate across teams to unify marketing output and consolidate messaging Non-Essential Job Functions Assist with public relations activities including writing and distributing press releases Assist with website design and updates Assist with brewery merchandise and promotional item design Assist with managing marketing materials Assist at off-site events to promote the brand Job Conditions Third Space Marketing & Social Media Associate will work in varied environments ranging from office settings to on-site events interacting with customers in a festive atmosphere. The associate will need to be flexible and adaptable to be successful in these varied environments. They will work in the office, Third Space retail locations, bars, liquor stores, beer gardens and at events and festivals. There will be some night & weekend work.
