Join Our Team We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives for our national law firm and its Regional Offices. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, support business development, and ensure consistency across all offices. If you are an experienced marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys managing multiple projects while working with executive leadership, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Develop and execute national and regional marketing strategies that align with the firm's goals. Manage the firm's brand identity, ensuring consistent use of logos, trademarks, messaging, and marketing standards. Oversee website content, digital marketing initiatives, social media platforms, online advertising, and print marketing materials. Build strong relationships with Regional Offices by providing ongoing marketing support, guidance, and monthly marketing reviews. Coordinate the firm's participation in conferences, conventions, seminars, and other professional events. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing opportunities to recommend new initiatives. Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget while monitoring expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Lead multiple marketing projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Collaborate with executive leadership, the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, the National Office, and Regional Offices to communicate marketing strategies and project updates. Ensure marketing efforts comply with applicable legal advertising rules and professional ethics standards. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. 2-5 years of professional marketing experience. Experience with digital marketing, including websites, email marketing, and social media. Graphic design experience and familiarity with design software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, project management, and leadership abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines. Preferred Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment. Knowledge of legal marketing and attorney advertising guidelines. Experience with website content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
