Digital Marketing Manager Location:
Fayetteville, AR Role Overview The Digital Marketing Manager executes and optimizes key demand channels, serving as the bridge between hands ‑ on campaign execution and strategic demand leadership. This role owns performance optimization within assigned channels and drives pipeline outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own execution and optimization of assigned demand channels (email, webinars, website conversion, digital campaigns) Analyze channel performance and implement testing and optimization plans Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates Support campaign planning and execution for integrated demand initiatives Maintain accurate data, reporting, and performance insights for assigned programs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 3-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth roles Proven ability to optimize campaigns and improve conversion metrics Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot required) Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data Excellent collaboration and communication skills Experience using AI tools in the workplace to improve content quality, streamline workflows, and optimize execution efficiency across marketing operations and communications Preferred Qualifications Experience with webinars, events, and multi ‑ channel campaigns Familiarity with lead scoring, attribution models, or funnel reporting Experience working in longer or more complex sales cycles Core Competencies Channel ownership and optimization Data ‑ driven execution Campaign analysis and testing Cross ‑ functional collaboration Continuous improvement mindset Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
