Position Summary At FlexTG, the Marketing Business Partner is a dynamic and results-driven member of our high-performing marketing team. Reporting to individual business units across the country, this strategic role acts as a direct partner to our local sales leadership and account executives, driving revenue growth through impactful campaigns, creative programs, and data-driven marketing strategies. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders and teams to understand growth objectives and design marketing plans that directly support revenue goals. Develop, launch, and manage integrated campaigns tailored to key segments, verticals, and target accounts. Leverage relevant marketing automation tooling (Dynamics, Click Dimensions) extensively to build workflows, emails, landing pages, and performance dashboards. Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness; optimize campaigns based on performance insights and ROI. Manage regional events, digital marketing programs, and content needs in coordination with central marketing. Serve as a trusted marketing advisor and subject matter expert across the business unit. Ensure consistent brand voice, quality, and messaging in all marketing materials and communications. Drive creative thinking and fresh approaches to demand generation and customer engagement. Work cross-functionally with central marketing teams (digital, creative, content, etc.) to deliver against regional goals.
Qualifications and Experience Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent 4-6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, or technology services Proven track record of building and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive sales pipeline and revenue growth Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems Ability to analyze marketing campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements Creative strategist with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Exceptional written and verbal communication with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder engagement Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Highly organized with great attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field Prior experience developing, deploying and optimizing end-to-end B2B Go-To-Market campaigns within a technology-based organization Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
