POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading Flight Stars' marketing function, driving demand generation, and creating scalable systems that support sustainable revenue growth. This role owns the full marketing funnel, overseeing lead generation strategy, performance marketing initiatives, campaign execution, brand positioning, and marketing team development while ensuring all marketing activities contribute to measurable business outcomes. The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in increasing qualified lead volume, improving marketing efficiency, strengthening alignment between marketing and sales, and supporting Flight Stars' vision of becoming the world's most strategic multi engine training center.

OBJECTIVES
Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable the marketing team through clear expectations, regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on demand generation, lead acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels to maximize performance and return on investment Build, maintain, and analyze marketing dashboards that provide real-time visibility into campaign performance, funnel metrics, and key business outcomes Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure effective lead routing, attribution tracking, CRM management, and seamless prospect handoff processes Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights initiatives to identify growth opportunities and emerging market trends Develop and document marketing processes, workflows, SOPs, and best practices that support operational efficiency and scalability Expand qualified lead generation efforts across paid, organic, referral, partnership, and event-based marketing channels Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve content creation, campaign execution, workflow efficiency, and marketing productivity Analyze campaign, funnel, enrollment, and financial performance data to provide recommendations that support business growth and strategic decision-making Maintain and strengthen Flight Stars' brand positioning, messaging consistency, and promotional activities across all customer touchpoints Collaborate with leadership to establish marketing budgets, performance targets, resource allocation plans, and long-term growth initiatives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred 4-6+ years of direct response, demand generation, or performance marketing experience required Demonstrated success managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and similar advertising platforms required Experience leading, coaching, and developing marketing team members required Experience building marketing dashboards, reporting systems, and performance measurement frameworks required Strong understanding of CRM platforms, lead attribution, customer journey mapping, and marketing automation systems required Experience creating marketing processes, SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational systems preferred Experience utilizing AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency preferred Experience within aviation, education, professional training, enrollment-based organizations, or high-consideration service industries preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work at a desk and computer for extended periods while managing campaigns, reporting, team communications, and strategic planning activities Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail while analyzing performance data, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines Ability to communicate effectively in person, virtually, and through written correspondence with team members, leadership, vendors, and prospective customers Ability to occasionally lift office materials, marketing supplies, or equipment weighing up to 15 pounds Ability to occasionally travel for events, conferences, marketing initiatives, or business meetings as needed
