Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Marketing, Advertising, and PR Lead to spearhead our brand growth and customer engagement initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and advertising sales. Your leadership will drive brand visibility, enhance customer acquisition, and optimize marketing performance through data-driven insights. Duties Develop comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies that integrate digital, print, social media, and e-commerce platforms to maximize reach and engagement. Lead the creation and execution of content marketing initiatives, including copywriting, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content to attract and retain customers. Manage advertising sales efforts by building relationships with partners and clients, negotiating deals, and expanding advertising opportunities across various media channels. Utilize SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics to optimize website content, improve search engine rankings, and analyze campaign performance metrics. Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords to generate leads and increase conversions. Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing campaigns with product launches and promotional activities. Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows, nurture leads, and measure ROI effectively. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform targeted marketing efforts. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company guidelines. Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and multichannel marketing strategies. Experience in graphic design. Experience in copy. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Demonstrated success in advertising sales, B2B marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce environments. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools to optimize campaigns. Knowledge of print advertising processes alongside digital channels for integrated campaign planning. Ability to analyze data insights from Google Analytics or similar tools to refine strategies continuously. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle budgeting responsibilities effectively. A proactive mindset with research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
