We represent individual healthcare providers as well as corporations involved in healthcare delivery and support, including 503A, 503B, retail, specialty, and mail order pharmacies. Our team includes 11 attorneys, three pharmacists, and 15 professional staff members. Position Overview Boesen & Snow Law is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the firm. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this role will oversee a Marketing Manager and will eventually oversee a Business Development team member as the firm continues to grow. This position is responsible for building the firm's brand, driving business development efforts, and strengthening our presence within the healthcare and pharmacy law markets nationwide. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in law firm or professional services marketing. This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable setting direction and executing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the firm's business goals Lead, mentor, and manage the Marketing Manager, and eventually a Business Development team member Oversee the firm's brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all channels Manage relationships with external vendors, including our website/SEO vendor and blog content vendor, ensuring quality and alignment with firm strategy Direct digital marketing efforts including paid advertising, email campaigns, and social media Support attorney thought leadership through speaking engagements, publications, and media opportunities Plan and oversee the firm's presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources, industry partners, and key clients Oversee CRM management, marketing analytics, and reporting on campaign performance and ROI Collaborate with firm leadership on business development strategy and client acquisition Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources Coordinate public relations efforts and manage firm communications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 7+ years of marketing experience, with progressive leadership responsibility Law firm or professional services marketing experience strongly preferred Demonstrated experience managing and developing marketing staff and external vendors Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and business development Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience marketing within regulated industries is a plus Compensation $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. Benefits & Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site in Scottsdale, AZ. Some work outside regular business hours and occasional travel may be required.
