Job Description

USA Showers | Phoenix, AZ Build the Team. Drive the Market. Own the Outcome. USA Showers is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for a high-performance leader to take full ownership of our Events & Face-to-Face Lead Generation division in the Phoenix market. This is not a "manage what already exists" role. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build, scale, and lead a market-driving team that directly fuels company growth. You'll recruit the people, secure the events, drive performance, and create a winning culture from the field up. If you're competitive, accountable, and energized by building teams that produce measurable results, this role puts you in the driver's seat. Position Summary The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the USA Showers offsite marketing program within an assigned territory. This leader will build systems, drive performance, recruit and develop talent, and ensure all field marketing channels generate profitable, high-quality leads. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a highly proactive self-starter who leads by example. Key Responsibilities Program Management
  • Oversee setup and breakdown of all manned and unmanned marketing locations.
  • Manage field marketing channels including retail kiosks, events, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community outreach programs.
  • Ensure all locations are professionally branded, staffed, and operating efficiently.
  • Continuously evaluate each location's productivity and profitability.
  • Improve underperforming programs or recommend termination if minimum standards are not met consistently. Team Leadership
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain field marketing representatives.
  • Create schedules and staffing plans for all field locations.
  • Conduct regular performance coaching and one-on-ones.
  • Lead by example through active participation in lead generation.
  • Build a strong culture of accountability, energy, and professionalism. Performance & Results
  • Achieve company lead generation and sales appointment targets.
  • Maintain total fully loaded field marketing expenses at 10% or less of net sales generated.
  • Minimal acceptable performance target is 12%.
  • Personally generate an average of 4 issued leads per week.
  • Track KPIs such as issued leads, net demos, cost per lead, show rate, and close rate.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
