  • Full-time Marketing & Brand Growth Manager About Tanna's Botannas Tanna's Botannas is a rapidly growing Mexican candy and snack company with products sold in over 500 retail locations nationwide, including specialty retailers, university bookstores, gift shops, hardware stores, independent retailers, and regional chains.
In addition to our growing wholesale business, we operate our own retail locations and continue expanding our footprint throughout the United States.
Our mission is simple:
build the most recognized Mexican candy brand in the United States and continue expanding globally. We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Brand Growth Manager who is excited about helping build a brand from the ground up. This role will work directly with company leadership and play a major role in increasing brand awareness, growing social media presence, managing influencer and NIL partnerships, supporting wholesale marketing initiatives, and helping drive the next stage of growth for Tanna's Botannas. This is not a corporate marketing position. We are looking for someone who is creative, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and excited about building something meaningful. The ideal candidate wants to grow with the company long-term and play a meaningful role in helping build a nationally recognized consumer brand. Key Responsibilities Brand Growth & Marketing Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase awareness of the Tanna's Botannas brand. Identify opportunities to expand brand visibility through partnerships, promotions, events, community engagement, and strategic collaborations. Assist in developing marketing campaigns that support both retail and wholesale growth. Help position Tanna's Botannas as a leading Mexican candy and snack brand. Research and recommend new opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Social Media & Content Creation Manage and grow company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels. Create engaging content that increases followers, engagement, reach, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. Develop content calendars and execute consistent posting strategies. Capture, edit, and publish photo and video content for social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Monitor analytics and adjust content strategies based on performance. Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities. Influencer & NIL Partnerships Identify, recruit, and manage influencer, creator, athlete, and NIL partnerships. Coordinate product seeding campaigns and outreach efforts. Build long-term relationships with creators, ambassadors, athletes, and brand partners. Track campaign performance and recommend future growth opportunities. Wholesale Marketing Support Create retailer-facing marketing materials including sell sheets, presentations, promotional flyers, retailer launch materials, and marketing assets. Assist with product launches and retailer-specific marketing initiatives. Support trade shows, buyer meetings, sampling events, promotional activities, and community events. Help develop marketing strategies that drive customers to retailers carrying our products. Creative & Design Support Design social media graphics, marketing materials, promotional assets, presentations, and visual content. Assist with packaging concepts, product branding, merchandising displays, and creative direction. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, agencies, and freelancers when needed. Analytics & Performance Track and report on marketing performance, social media growth, influencer campaigns, and brand awareness efforts. Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements. Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, brand development, influencer marketing, content creation, or a related field. Experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG), food, beverage, snack, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce brands is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and content marketing. Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Experience working with influencers, creators, athletes, or brand partnerships is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with company leadership. Strong creative mindset with the ability to execute ideas from concept to completion. Preferred Skills Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar creative tools. Photography and videography experience is a plus. Graphic design experience is a plus. Packaging design, merchandising, or product branding experience is a plus. Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar platforms is a plus.
