Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Marketing/ Outreach Supervisor. The Marketing/ Outreach Supervisor plays a critical role in driving the success of our utility enrollment and outreach programs. The primary focus of this position is to manage daily call center operations and ensure team target goals, weekly enrollment metrics, and quotas are consistently met. This role involves directly coordinating, coaching, and supporting Outreach Specialists, Energy Representatives, and Intake Specialists. The ideal candidate will blend strong motivational leadership with hands-on administrative management, handling everything from field ride-along and customer escalations to payroll tracking and data reconciliation. Responsibilities Support and coordinate daily tasks for Outreach Specialists and Energy Representatives, including building daily field schedules to ensure consistent coverage. Manage Intake Specialists to guarantee data accuracy, comprehensive compliance reviews, and timely entry into the system. Oversee daily call center target goals, providing continuous coaching, motivation, and support to help the team meet production quotas. Manage and evenly distribute potential leads provided by utilities to ensure fair and optimal team production. Deliver comprehensive training presentations to new hires, set up workstations, request system logins, and provide instruction on standard workflows like telephone handling. Conduct in-person ride-alongs with field staff to ensure work accuracy, policy compliance, and successful home assessments. Facilitate and coordinate weekly team meetings and upper-level meetings to discuss program updates, production numbers, and best practices. Successfully complete and participate in all required training, certification programs, workshops, and meetings as directed by management. Oversee all communication with customers and employees to answer questions, explain program information, schedule installation appointments, and resolve complaints. Serve as the first point of contact to assist departments with daily program questions, operational concerns, or workflow obstacles. Identify and document customer eligibility and data according to updated program guidelines and standards. Collect daily production reports and perform regular audits to ensure data entry matches system records. Manage payroll operations, including reviewing weekly time reports, tracking incentive metrics, and processing staff time-off requests for manager approval. Complete formal job evaluations during the 90-day probation period for new hires, and coordinate disciplinary actions with the Outreach Manager when necessary. Maintain a positive, professional company image and build strong relationships with customers, staff, and utility representatives. Report to work on time, prepared, and ready to perform other duties assigned by management. Skills & Minimum Requirements Proven experience as a Marketing/ Outreach Supervisor Associate degree preferred Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone 2 years of experience in marketing or outreach Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient in English and Spanish (Preferred) Persistent and results-oriented
