Job responsibilities: design plan and execute sales activities report potentials to supervisor promote business via web, database, email, social media and available forums to promote company's services and selected brands design and maintain social media presence on a daily basis research and plan traditional and digital marketing campaigns study performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) identify meaningful trends and insights by observing and evaluation competition's information and performance on various social media and platforms brainstorm and suggest to management about creative growth strategies collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners and forums serve as point of contact for customer service resolve issues and answer questions from leads and customers
