Role Mission Build repeatable North American go-to-market channels for an early-stage AI Companion brand, focusing on creators, communities, affiliates, partnerships, and early customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities

• Develop channel strategies across creators/KOLs, affiliates, communities, events, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Source, negotiate, and manage creator, agency, media, community, and commercial partnerships.
• Support beta recruitment, waitlist growth, founder-edition campaigns, and the first 1,000-user acquisition plan.
• Work with product and management on positioning, pricing tests, launch plans, and product-market-fit experiments.
• Track competitors, channel performance, community sentiment, and market trends; provide concise weekly insights. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of relevant experience in channel development, BD, creator marketing, affiliate marketing, cross-border e-commerce, consumer tech, gaming, AI, robotics, lifestyle, or related fields.
• Fluent English for business communication, calls, negotiation, and writing; able to communicate effectively in Chinese.
• Proven ability to independently source leads, build relationships, and drive opportunities through execution.
• Strong ownership, organization, and comfort working in a fast-moving early-stage environment. Preferred
• Experience with North American consumer markets, DTC brands, creator ecosystems, affiliate networks, or cross-border e-commerce.
• Existing relationships in AI/technology, creator, adult/sexual-wellness, distributor, or industry-media channels; familiarity with AI Companion or consumer hardware is a plus.
