Description Our Food-Technology client is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to bring structure, organization, and operational excellence to a rapidly growing marketing team. This individual contributor role will partner closely with the VP of Marketing, Brand, and Product to manage marketing roadmaps, coordinate creative production, support brand initiatives, and oversee event logistics. The ideal candidate enjoys creating order from ambiguity and can successfully balance multiple projects while driving accountability across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage marketing project workflows and prioritization across multiple stakeholders Create and maintain systems for tracking deliverables, deadlines, and project status Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept through completion Support creative production efforts and brand asset management Manage vendor relationships and event logistics for marketing and brand events Track inventory and ordering of marketing materials and swag Facilitate communication between marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams Establish scalable processes that improve efficiency and visibility across the organization Provide operational support to leadership and help drive strategic execution Additional Skills & Qualifications 3-7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, Creative Operations, Brand Operations, or similar function Proven experience supporting fast-paced marketing organizations Strong organizational and prioritization skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision Experience working cross-functionally with creative, brand, product, and executive stakeholders Experience coordinating vendors and events preferred Excellent communication and follow-up skills Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in ambiguity Local candidates only due to on-site requirements Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berkeley, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $76.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
