Job Description Seeking an experienced, execution-focused Marketing Manager to support enterprise field marketing initiatives. This individual will execute established marketing programs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage external agencies, and ensure projects stay on track. This is a highly collaborative Program Manager-level role requiring exceptional organization, communication, and execution skills rather than high-level marketing strategy. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Execute established field marketing programs and initiatives Coordinate internal stakeholders across Sales and Marketing Schedule, organize, facilitate, and lead recurring meetings Manage relationships with external marketing agencies Track action items and keep projects moving forward Deliver weekly marketing updates Support field marketing events and logistics Drive execution while navigating ambiguity and changing priorities Collaborate closely with a small, fast-moving marketing team Requirements Must-Haves 8-12 years of marketing experience Strong B2B SaaS marketing background (recent experience required) Hands-on execution experience (not purely strategic) Experience managing external agencies Comfortable facilitating meetings with executives and cross-functional stakeholders Exceptional communication and executive presence Highly organized with outstanding project management skills High-agency mindset; proactively identifies and solves problems Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments Collaborative, low-ego personality who actively seeks feedback Recent role tenure demonstrating stability (target 2 years per employer) Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and available onsite 2-3 days/week Genuine passion for ethical AI Experience using Slack and Claude Nice-to-Haves Experience building workflows, automations, or lightweight applications using Claude Experience optimizing team operations with AI tools Startup experience in addition to enterprise experience Preferred Background Recent B2B SaaS companies AI companies Big Tech (Google, Apple, Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, etc.)
